Industrial Training & Design Ltd. has developed a "Train the Trainer" instructors course that is designed to get you to the front of the classroom with as little aggravation as possible.

We can train your staff to be instructors in a number of our programs. Requiring the basic safety or industrial course course as a pre-requisite, your staff members can be trained to provide basic training in the workplace.

We also teach the dynamics of a lecture, covering instructional skills that need to be cultivated, and identify those which absolutely need to be discarded.

We cover the necessary contents of handout packages, promotional literature and presentation material, with examples of presentation styles that should be emulated, and those that are deadly to your message.

In addition to group training of potential presenters, we can assist you in fine-tuning your present training programs. Our consulting service will examine your present training materials, take a look at your instructors, and make critical evaluations of where you need to make changes.
