Harassment in the Workplace

With harassment issues a concern in today's work environment, you may need an outside consultant-trainer to develop and deliver mandatory workplace training. Do you deal with harassment issues, or issues surrounding violence in the workplace? Both subjects are required under relevant provisions of the Saskatchewan Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations, and the Saskatchewan Human Rights Act.

As such, mere identification of training issues and delivery of subject matter dealing strictly with policy interpretation is insufficient to demonstrate accountability and due diligence under the respective Acts. We will provide a defensible training program, custom-authored based upon your established Policy and Procedure that meets or exceeds the requirements of the Acts. Additionally, we will provide documentation of successful completion of training along with proof of mastery of both the skills presented, and the relevant corporate policies.
