Coupled with Situational Awareness training or Confrontation Management, this course provides security, protective personnel or office staff the skills they need to be recognized as fully professional.

Cross-Cultural Awareness training takes place in two parts. First, the presentation focuses on the law with respect to Human Rights, its development, policy and interpretations. A discussion is lead focusing upon the feelings and concerns of individual employees, and how the legislation affects them. Issues such as racism, affirmative action programs and hiring practices are discussed.

Next, the course addresses specific cultural traits and characteristics. Your employee must be aware of these differences. You must present a professional image, and provide your organization valuable protection against human rights complaints, or the loss of a contract due to an inadvertent slip.

In addition to the training package, we invite guest lecturers from the various ethnic communities to present their point of view in an unbiased and impartial fashion. We will customize your presentation to include representatives from those communities you are interested in.
